Quick Weight Loss Diet Plan

"Is there ever any quick weight loss diet plan in this world?" I believe this is a million dollar question asked by most people around the world. Are you one of them? Well, as an expert in wieght loss for years now I can proudly tell you, Yes! There is certainly such programs. However, there are also too many scams about this topic, therefore I'm here to unearth those that are not true, check out if you're doing one of those.


1) Low Carbs Diets


This so-called "quick weight loss diet plan" is probably the favourite among most people, and more to that is it's effectiveness in losing weight, you can see results pretty quickly! However, many don't know that low carbs diets will actually cause you to gain weight after your initial weight loss. This is due to some misused of your body protein, which may cause your body to fall ill if maintained long term.



2) Low Fat Diets


OK, so you're actually telling me that you'll lose weight by taking "low-fat" foods bought from supermarkets. Well, yeah, they are low-fat, not lies, but do you know that these "low-fat" foods are calorie ridden?! Which means, you gain weight much more, and faster than before you actually went on diet! Yup, sorry I've destroyed some of your dreams on this quick weight loss diet plan, but I had to tell the truth.


3) Starvation Diets


This is the worse diets among all, but I do know many of you that are using this kind of quick weight loss diet plan. Without food and water, your body will have no energy to maintain your daily rountines, and you know what? These diets will slow down your metabolism, which will eventually lead to brain damages! Nobody can ever live healthily without nutritions!
